SoloPilot (“SoloPilot”, “we”) helps solo builders research and validate business ideas at solopilot.me. This page explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your ideas to advertise to you.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run SoloPilot. They process data only to provide their service to us:

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Google user data

If you sign in with Google, we request only your basic profile (name, email address and profile picture). We use it solely to create and sign you in to your SoloPilot account. We do not share Google user data with third parties except as needed to operate the service, and we do not use it for advertising. SoloPilot’s use of information received from Google adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser’s local storage and similar technology to keep you signed in and to remember your free-run usage on this device. We do not use advertising cookies.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account and project data until you ask us to delete it. To delete your account and its data, or to get a copy of it, email us at the address below. We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as billing records.

Security

We use encryption in transit, restrict access to production systems, and store credentials as hashes or in managed secrets. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

SoloPilot is not intended for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
