Terms of Service

Last updated: October 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of SoloPilot at solopilot.me. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use SoloPilot.

The service

SoloPilot uses AI to research business ideas and, on paid plans, to help plan and build a minimum viable product. The output is generated automatically from public sources and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong.

Not advice

SoloPilot does not tell you whether to build or invest in anything. Briefings and plans are informational only and are not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for checking facts that matter to you.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use SoloPilot.

Your content

You keep ownership of the ideas and other content you submit and of the output generated for you. You give us permission to process your content as needed to run the service, including sending it to the providers described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to submit what you submit.

Acceptable use

Do not use SoloPilot to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, to send malware or spam, to attack or overload the service, to attempt to bypass usage limits, or to build software intended to harm others. We may suspend or end access for misuse.

Plans and payments

The free plan includes a limited number of research runs per device. Pro is a paid subscription billed through Polar at the price shown when you subscribe, and renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices or plans with notice for future billing periods.

Availability

SoloPilot is an early product. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and the service is provided without any guarantee of uptime.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using SoloPilot at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use SoloPilot after a change means you accept it.
